Many insurance plans only cover one pair of glasses per year—our Eyewear Protection Plan helps you avoid unexpected out-of-pocket costs if something happens to yours.

What's Covered

 Your coverage starts the day you purchase your glasses and keeps you covered for an entire year (12 months) from the purchase date.

  • Damaged or broken glasses: Optics Eyewear will repair or replace your frames or lenses once per year at no additional cost.**
  • Prescription change: If your prescription changes within six months of your eye exam, Optics Eyewear will provide updated lenses at 50% off the retail replacement cost.
  • Lost or stolen glasses: If your glasses are lost or stolen, you’ll receive up to 50% off the retail cost to replace your original frame and lenses at Optics Eyewear.***
  • Adjustments: If your new glasses don’t feel quite right, stop by Optics Eyewear, and we’ll be happy to adjust them for a more comfortable fit.

Terms & Conditions

*Actual cost equals $2.50 per month or $0.08 per day. Coverage begins on the original purchase date and is valid for 1 year (12 months) after the purchase date.
**Proper care should be taken when cleaning your eyeglass lenses, using only an approved lens cleaning solution along with soft, lint-free microfiber cloths.
***Replacement must be exact frame and lens options from original order.
